Haokunda must submit an application within 60 days after delivery, and will not be accepted after 60 day.
Claim criteria
Customers need to follow the principle of "inquire first, claim later". After our company confirms the acceptance of the claim, they can receive compensation according to the following standards:
01 If the goods are lost during the period from our company to the service provider, after our company confirms the loss, the freight will be refunded; in addition, compensation will be based on the declared value, up to 400RMB/ticket.
02 If the goods are lost after arriving at the service provider, after our company confirms the loss, the freight will not be refunded, and the compensation will be based on the declared value, up to 400RMB/ticket。
No compensation for the following circumstances
Clients need to provide the following claim documents to make a claim to our company:
01 If the goods are not declared in accordance with the actual value, infringement of intellectual property rights, the actual product is not in conformity with the declaration, and the customs deduction is caused by reasons such as prohibition of import. This situation is not within the scope of compensation, our company will assist the sender to provide customs clearance documents.
02 Customs or tax fines and additional taxes due to low declared value, infringement of intellectual property rights, inconsistent products with declarations, prohibition of imports, etc., shall be paid by the sender.
